• Apartment renovation in development zone (Geneva): CHF 4,000 excl. VAT
• Small projects (renovations, shops, offices, verandas, etc.): CHF 4,000 to 6,000 excl. VAT
• Single-family house construction or house renovation with design project: CHF 10,000 excl. VAT
• Multi-unit housing projects (outside Geneva): CHF 20,000 excl. VAT
• Multi-unit housing projects (Geneva): CHF 30,000 excl. VAT

Architectural services for the following phases according to SIA Standard 102:

• 4.31 Preliminary design
• 4.32 Project design
• 4.33 Building permit procedure

The offer does not include:

• Plans of the existing condition, if required.
• Services provided by specialized consultants:
  • Asbestos assessment (CHF 1,500 to 3,000)
  • Thermal analysis (CHF 500 to 3,000)
  • Surveyor’s plan (CHF 1,000 to 3,000)
• Administrative fees
• Additional services

Additional services

In addition to handling the building permit application, we can also manage the construction site. The fee is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of project.
